How should I go about weatherproofing my mini-home? - insulated foundation blocks

I've recently bought a mini-house (I suppose some people do not know what it is, it is the same as a modular home, mobile home, as a supporter, but much better). It is to their own foundation, but up on blocks. We note that the soil temperatures are below zero, and not even close to winter. Where I live can be, temporary workers in the winter in 40 years. Is there something I am or to isolate it more precisely? I am looking for a location in the mini-houses, and has not much. Please let me know:) Thanks!
