Now, two rounds. Do not use a recipe calls for flour - set some aside and use your flour rolling surface, the mass, which rolls and rolls. (I use butter or margarine used independently of the recipes) and put a thin amount on my floured rolling pin. Plus you add the flour is more cookies, when I was a little take out of the recipe. (I'm talking about a cup of 1:8 or less - not much.) Make sure that the dough is not hot. As it gets hot, it becomes rigid. Hope this helps!
