I want to go sailing and I live in Washington State. Are there any great places you know of that offer this? - sailing and teaching

I know there are people who tours and rides for fun and love of adventure. I would like to someone who has the experience to go and know what they are doing. If you have just found people on foot, or if you really teach the basics of sailing, I would like to make. If you are someone who is this (most do not know in Western Washington), please let me know =]
